Life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little extra support.
Having a confidential space to talk through what we are experiencing can help us gain a better understanding of our thoughts and feelings, help us to feel less alone, help us to feel seen and understood, and can make us feel more confident and empowered in navigating the challenges we are facing.
I am a qualified integrative therapist and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), based in Croydon.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, safe space where we can explore the issues that are troubling you.
Together, we can work towards understanding, emotional healing, and positive change.
I deliver individual integrative counselling to adults (25+) and young adults (18-25).
I offer both Short-Term Therapy (8-16 sessions) and Long-Term Therapy.
Therapy is available both in-person and online.
I offer a free introductory session, where you can tell me a little bit about what brings you to counselling, and decide whether you feel we would be a good fit to work together. This call typically lasts 20 minutes. If you then decide you would like to begin counselling, we can schedule our first session.
